Branding Photography in Elora with Emily Elliot

This summer I had the chance to photograph Emily Elliot, a Mindset & Success Coach, in the heart of Elora, Ontario.
It was a hot, humid summer morning, but we had a relaxed and fun session. Since we both live in Elora, we stuck to familiar spots that felt natural and meaningful for Emily’s branding images. We also incorporated a few clothing changes and props to add variety and highlight different sides of her brand personality.
We started at Lost and Found Café in the charming Elora Mews courtyard — a favourite destination in the historic village. With its cobblestone walkways and original limestone buildings, it was the perfect backdrop for relaxed, natural photos. Just across from the Mews, we also visited the Jack R. MacDonald Pedestrian Bridge, which provides stunning views of the Elora Mill and both sides of the Grand River.
From there, we explored the Kat Florence Summer Market — a vibrant spot filled with local artisan shops, food vendors, artists, and unique finds all in one place. Even on a quieter morning, the space offered so much character and colour, giving us endless inspiration for Emily’s branding session.
We captured a mix of professional portraits and candid moments that highlight Emily’s approachable personality and confidence.
